I was removed or banned from a club

Club owners and admins run their own clubs and can remove or ban members. A removal ends your membership and you can ask to join again; a ban also stops you re-joining that club.

The decision belongs to that club, not to Creta, so support cannot reverse it or tell you why — take it up with the club's own admins if you want it reconsidered.

Being banned from one club has no effect on your Creta account or on any other club. If you believe a club is being used to harass people, report it to us — that is a different matter and we do look at it.
