How do I send someone a direct message?

From their profile, or from Messages. Direct messages are private between the two of you and are not tied to a club, so you keep them if either of you leaves one.

The same conversations appear in the Creta Games & Clubs desktop app and on mobile — it is one message history across Creta, not a separate inbox per app. So a message you read on your phone is read everywhere.
