The app shows an error or keeps crashing

First, your wallet is safe. Your keys and funds are not affected by an app error.

• Close the app completely and open it again. Updates install when the app restarts.
• Check for an update in the App Store or Google Play.
• For “Could not load” messages, check your connection and press Try again.

If it keeps happening, the error screen has a button to copy the error details. Paste them into a message to support, with your phone model and what you were doing. Do not delete the app to fix it unless you have your seed phrase written down.
