Q: How do I contact support?

Use the contact form on this page, or tap Support in the app's Settings. Include: the email on your Creta account, your wallet address (the public one, starting with 0x), the transaction hash, if a transaction is involved, your phone model and the app version, shown at the bottom of Settings. Never include your seed phrase, private key or any password. We will never ask for them, and anyone who does is not Creta.
