My transaction has been pending for a long time

Once sent, a transaction is in the network's hands. Most settle within seconds. A busy network or a low fee can take longer. The transaction screen updates itself while it is pending. Its block-explorer link shows the authoritative status, which is what support would check too.

Do not repeat the action while the first one is pending. You could end up sending twice.

If a transaction failed (“reverted”), the network fee is still charged, but nothing else moved.

Be wary of anyone offering to “unstick” a transaction for you. That is a common way into a seed-phrase scam.
