Is this the same wallet as the browser extension or the desktop app?

No. Each one keeps its own keys on its own device. Setting one up does not create the others, and each has its own password.

To have the same wallet everywhere, import the same seed phrase into each one. They show the same accounts and balances because they read the same addresses on the blockchain.

While you are signed in, this app links its active account's address to your Creta profile, so other Creta apps see that address. This replaces any address you linked elsewhere before. Switching accounts in the app updates the link.
