My transaction has been pending for a while

Once your wallet has broadcast it, the transaction is in Polygon's hands rather than ours. Most settle in seconds; a busy network takes longer.

Check it on the block explorer — your wallet's history links straight to it, and that is the authoritative record of what happened. It is the same thing support would look at.

Do not repeat the action while the first attempt is pending. A second bid or a second transfer is a second transaction, with its own fee and its own consequences.
