How do I get help with something not answered here?

Write to support@creta.world — the app's Contact page opens a message to that address — or use the contact form at creta.world/contact.

Tell us which of the two you were using (the browser or the desktop launcher), which operating system, which game if it is about one, and what you did just before the problem. A screenshot of any error is worth a paragraph of description.

Never include your password, a login code, a seed phrase or a private key. We do not need any of them to help you.
