How do I change my password while I'm signed in?

Open the change-password screen from your account settings. You will be asked for your current password, then the new one twice. The new password must be at least 8 characters.

Asking for the current password is what stops someone who walks up to an unlocked device from locking you out of your own account.

If you cannot remember the current one, sign out and use Forgot password instead.
