Can I change the email address on my account?

Not from the app yet — the email address is the key your account is found by and the address your password reset goes to, so changing it is handled by support rather than self-service for now.

If you have lost access to the address on the account, contact support from an address you control and tell us what the account is — we will take you through the checks needed before anything is changed. Include as much as you can about the account; never include your password.
