Prizes are delivered as in-game mail in Fortress W , to the game account linked to your Creta account. Open the game, open your mail, and claim the attachment. In-game mail expires 7 days after it is sent. An unclaimed attachment is gone when the mail expires, so log in and claim it rather than leaving it for later — this is the single most common way a won prize is lost. Which placements are rewarded, and with what, is on the tournament's Prizes tab. Some tournaments also reward every participant who finishes.
