It says a game account is required — what do I do?

Tournament entries are tied to your in-game account, and that message means we could not find a Fortress W account for the Creta account you are signed in with.

Three steps fix it:

• Install and launch Fortress W.
• Sign in once with the same Creta account you are using on this site. This is the part that matters — a Fortress account created under a different email will not be found.
• Come back and try again. Your game account links itself; there is nothing to type in and no UID to look up.

The dialog on the tournament page has the download links and an “I've played — try again” button, so you can do this without losing your place.
