How do I create a club?

Create club from the main menu. You choose a name, a category, a description, a picture and banners, and three settings that matter more than the rest:

• Public or private — whether anyone can find and read it.
• Approval required — whether you vet people before they can post.
• Chat — whether the club has a live chat room.

You become the owner. There is no fee and no level requirement, and the settings can all be changed later from Manage.

One thing to decide deliberately: publishing. An unpublished club is visible only to you, which is useful while you set it up and a common reason people think their new club is broken.
