What do “Coming soon” and early access mean on a game page?

Coming soon means the game is announced but not on sale — there is no buy button yet, and any date shown is the developer's, not a commitment from us.

An unreleased game can also be put on sale early by its developer. In that case it can be bought and played before the release date, with the usual caveat that it is still being worked on.

Either way, the buttons on the page are the accurate answer to “can I play this now” — support cannot unlock a game ahead of its developer.
