Will anyone from Creta ever ask for my seed phrase or password?
Never. Not by email, not in a chat, not on a call, not in a support reply, not in a form. No one at Creta needs any of it to help you, and there is no problem whose solution is you handing it over.
Anyone who asks is stealing from you. Treat all of these as certain fraud:
- A “support agent” who messages you first, especially after you posted about a problem.
- A site or form asking you to “validate”, “synchronise” or “restore” your wallet by entering the seed phrase.
- Anything offering to fix a stuck transaction, recover lost funds or release an airdrop if you share the phrase or the key.
- Pressure to act within minutes. That urgency is the attack.
A seed phrase handed over is the whole wallet handed over, on every network, permanently. If you have entered yours somewhere you now doubt, move your assets to a brand-new wallet immediately — changing the password does not help, because the phrase is what controls the funds.
