I sent to the wrong address — can it be cancelled?

No. A confirmed blockchain transaction cannot be reversed, recalled or cancelled, by us or by anyone. The funds are at the address you sent them to, and only whoever controls that address can move them.

This is true of the whole technology, not of Creta specifically. Support cannot undo it, and anyone who offers to reverse a transaction for a fee is running a second scam on top of the first.

So before you confirm, every time: check the address — including the last few characters, not only the first — and check the network. Tokens sent to a correct address on the wrong network are just as lost. The Receive screen shows your own address in full, never truncated, for exactly this reason.
