A token I own is not showing up
Check these in order — the first two explain almost every case:
- The network. Tokens only appear on the network they live on. Switch the network in the header.
- The account. Balances are per-account; make sure the address at the top is the one that holds them.
- It was filtered. On the main networks the wallet hides suspected spam tokens and tokens whose contract is unverified. That is deliberate — it is how the list stays readable — but a genuine token can occasionally land in it.
- It is hidden. Settings for a token can be checked under Manage tokens.
If it is still missing, add it by hand: Manage tokens → Add custom token, and paste the token's contract address. The wallet looks up the details and shows you what it found before adding it. Get that address from the project's own site or a block explorer, never from a message offering to help.
