Check for an update in the App Store or Google Play. For “Could not load” messages, check your connection and press Try again . If it keeps happening, the error screen has a button to copy the error details. Paste them into a message to support, with your phone model and what you were doing. Do not delete the app to fix it unless you have your seed phrase written down.
