An item shows the wrong state, or my new NFT is not showing

Market listings and wallet NFTs are loaded from an index of the blockchain. That is what makes them fast, but the index can lag a little behind. A just-finished auction can look live for a moment, and an NFT you just claimed can take a few minutes to appear.

Pull down to refresh and give it a few minutes. Before you bid or claim, the auction screen checks the contract directly. If the block explorer shows your transaction as successful, the result is final.

If it still has not caught up, contact us with the transaction hash.
