What are CRETA and POL, and why do I need both?

Q: What are CRETA and POL, and why do I need both?

CRETA is the market's currency. Starting prices, bids and sales are all in CRETA. POL is Polygon's own coin. It pays the network fee on every Polygon transaction, including bids, claims, listings and transfers. The fee goes to the network, not to Creta. A wallet with CRETA but no POL can view items but cannot bid. Keep a small amount of POL in the same account you bid from.
