크레타 고객지원Why is there no dollar value next to my balance?
아직 한국어로 제공되지 않아 원문으로 표시됩니다. 위 메뉴에서 번역할 수 있습니다.
Prices come from a market-data provider. A token with no trading data, or one on a test network, has no price to show. Test-network assets always show $0.00 because they have no market value.
A missing price never means a missing balance. The amount of the token is read separately. If the balance is right but the value is blank, nothing is wrong with your funds.
To hide every figure in the app, for example on a train, switch on Hide balances in Settings.
