On the sign-in screen, press Forgot password? and enter your email. We send a 6-digit code. Enter it, then choose a new password.
For privacy, the screen moves on even when no account uses that email, so it does not confirm whether an account exists. If no code arrives, try the other email addresses you might have used.
This resets your Creta account password only. Your wallet password is separate and cannot be reset this way. See “I forgot my wallet password”.
