How do I delete my account, and what happens to my data?

In the app, go to Settings → Profile → Delete account. Without the app, use the contact form on this page and send the request from the email address you sign in with. We confirm by email before deleting anything.

One Creta account signs you into every Creta app, so deleting it removes it from all of them, not only this one.

• Right away, your account disappears from every Creta app and notifications stop.
• For 30 days, signing in again restores everything.
• After 30 days, your sign-in, email and profile are erased for good. Anything you posted publicly is kept for up to 2 years without your name, as the law requires, and then deleted.

Your wallet is not part of your account. Deleting the account does not touch its keys, tokens or NFTs. They stay at the same address, and the wallet keeps working on this phone. Blockchain records are public and permanent, and nobody can delete them, including Creta. Keep your seed phrase. Deleting your account does not back it up anywhere.
