Both are linked at the bottom of every page, and both keep their history: each has a version list where you can read the exact wording that was in force at an earlier date, not only the current one.
They are the same documents across the Creta apps — one account, one set of terms. For a question about your own personal data, write through the contact form and choose Account, and a person will handle it.
