I had a Creta account before — why won't my old password work?

Your account and its history came across to the new Creta platform, but the old passwords deliberately did not. The way they were stored on the old system did not meet the standard we hold now, so rather than carry them over we ask every returning member to set a fresh one.

It takes a minute: choose Forgot password, enter the same email address you always used, and set a new password with the emailed code. Everything on the account — your nickname, join date, and what you held — is waiting on the other side.

If you originally signed in with Google or Apple, use that button instead; there was never a password on that account to replace.
