My phone was lost or stolen

Your wallet is encrypted with your wallet password. Someone holding the phone still needs that password, or your Face ID or fingerprint, to use it. Act quickly anyway:

• On another device, import your seed phrase into a wallet.
• Create a new wallet and move everything into it, if you think the password could be guessed or was written near the phone.

We cannot freeze, block or move funds in a wallet. They are controlled only by the seed phrase.
