I forgot my wallet password — can you recover my wallet?

We cannot recover it, and neither can anyone else. Your password and keys are never sent to us, so there is nothing on our side to recover from. What you can do depends on what you still have:

• You still have the seed phrase: you are fine. On the unlock screen, press Forgot password? to reset the wallet. Then import it again from the seed phrase and set a new password. Your funds are on the blockchain, not on the phone, so they will all be there.
• You lost the seed phrase but can still unlock: write it down now. Go to Manage wallet → Seed phrase.
• You have lost both: the wallet and its funds cannot be recovered by anyone. There is no support override.

Forgot password? erases the wallet from the phone. Without the seed phrase, that erases access permanently. That is why the app asks you to confirm and type RESET first.
