Will Creta ever ask for my password, my login code, or my wallet recovery phrase?

Never — not by email, not in chat, not over the phone, not in a support ticket. No one at Creta needs any of them to help you, and anyone who asks is not from Creta.

Treat these as certain fraud:

  • Anyone asking for a code that was just emailed to you, for any reason.
  • Anyone asking for a wallet recovery phrase or private key — no legitimate service ever needs one, and handing it over gives away everything in that wallet permanently.
  • Messages pressing you to act within minutes, or offering to "verify" your account through a link. Type the address yourself instead of following a link you were sent.

If you think you gave something away, change your password immediately — that alone signs the other person out — and contact support.
