I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

From the sign-in window, choose Forgot password and follow three steps:

1. Enter the email address on the account. If an account exists for it, a 6-digit code is emailed to that address.
2. Enter the code. It is valid for 15 minutes.
3. Choose a new password of at least 8 characters and confirm it.

You are signed in as soon as the new password is set. Completing a reset also confirms your email address, so there is no second code to enter afterwards.

Only one reset code is active at a time — requesting a new one cancels the code in any earlier email.
