What are the wallet password rules, and is it my account password?

At least 8 characters, typed twice to confirm. A long password that you do not use anywhere else is best.

It is not your Creta account password. The wallet password only unlocks the wallet on this phone. It encrypts your keys and is never sent anywhere. For the same reason, nobody can reset it for you.
