I did something but got no POINTs

Check your points history first — it lists every credit, so if the reward arrived it is there.

The usual explanations:

• Already claimed. Each action pays once. A post you edit is not a new post, and today's check-in cannot be claimed twice.
• The check-in day rolled over. Days are counted in UTC, not your local time.
• That reward is not switched on. Rewards are configured by Creta and not every action is earning at every moment.

If the history genuinely disagrees with what you did, tell us roughly when and what — the ledger means we can look it up.
