Sign in with the Creta account you used at the time, and each application you made is listed with its date, how many NFTs it covers, its total and its current status. Opening one shows the individual items and the details submitted with the application. If the list is empty or something looks wrong, it is almost always because the purchase sits on a different email address — check which account you are signed in as first.
