Both live under the News & Resources menu, and they are not the same thing: Notices is Creta speaking. Product updates, events, service notices and anything with a date attached is posted here first, and this is the version to trust. Press Release collects coverage of Creta in outside media. It is useful background, but an article there is written by someone else and may be out of date. If a claim about Creta is not on the Notices page or on one of our official channels, we did not say it.
