Fees are paid in the network's own coin, never in the token you are moving. So sending a token on Polygon costs POL, on Ethereum it costs ETH, and on BNB Smart Chain it costs BNB — and an account holding only tokens cannot move them at all.
The fix is to hold a small amount of the network's coin in the same account. The wallet checks for it before submitting rather than letting the transaction fail on chain, which would have cost you a fee for nothing.
Fees go to the network, not to Creta, and they move with how busy it is — which is why the figure shown is an estimate and the three presets cost different amounts.
