My NFT is missing, or its picture will not load

The Inventory tab shows the NFTs of the account and network you have selected, so start by checking both. Items you have hidden, and items flagged as likely spam, are left out.

A missing picture is usually the artwork rather than the item: NFT images are hosted by the collection, not by the wallet, and the wallet shows a placeholder when it cannot fetch one. The item itself, its contract and its token id are all still there on its detail screen, and it is still yours on the chain whatever the wallet manages to draw.

Newly received items can take a little while to appear, since they arrive through an indexer rather than being read one by one.
