My prize hasn't arrived

First check your in-game mail in Fortress W, on the account linked to your Creta account — that is where prizes land, and it is easy to miss among other mail. Check the tournament's Prizes tab too, to confirm the placement you finished in is one that carries a reward.

If it is genuinely not there, contact us with the tournament name, your placement and your in-game name. We can check what was sent for that event.

Nobody from Creta will ask for your password or a recovery phrase to deliver a prize, and prizes are never sent through a direct message or an outside link. Anyone doing either is a scammer.
