Can I edit or delete my own post?

Yes, from the post itself. Deleting removes it from the club's feeds; club moderators can also remove a post that breaks the club's rules.

Two things worth knowing. Comments other people wrote on your post go with it, so deleting a busy post removes a conversation other people took part in. And your contribution score in that club reflects what is standing — deleting your own posts lowers it.
