I got a new phone, or reinstalled the app — where is my wallet?

Your keys are stored only in this phone's secure storage (iOS Keychain or Android Keystore). They are not backed up to iCloud, Google or Creta, and they do not move to a new phone.

To use the wallet on a new phone or after reinstalling, choose Import and enter your seed phrase. Your balances and NFTs come back, because they are on the blockchain, not on the phone. Accounts you added are recreated by adding them again in the same order. Account names and hidden tokens are stored per phone and do not come back.

Signing in to your Creta account does not restore the wallet. Only the seed phrase does.
