It says my account has moved and I need a new password

Accounts from Creta's earlier platform were moved to the new one. For security, old passwords were not carried over. The app takes you straight to the reset screen. Enter the 6-digit code we email you and choose a new password. Your account is then ready.

This is expected and happens once. It is not a sign that anything is wrong with your account.
