Check these, in order: The network. Tokens appear only on the network they are on. Switch networks on the Wallet tab. The account. Each account has its own balances. Check which account is selected. It was filtered. On the main networks, the app hides suspected spam and tokens with unverified contracts. You hid it. Go to Manage wallet → Tokens . To add a token yourself, go to Manage wallet → Tokens → Add token and paste its contract address. Get the address from the project's own site or a block explorer, never from someone who messages you offering help.
