An item shows the wrong state — still on sale, or missing after I bought it

The pages you browse are served from an index of the blockchain rather than read from it item by item, which is what makes them fast. It also means the site can lag behind, or occasionally miss an event: an auction that was cancelled can keep showing as running for a while, and an NFT you have just bought or minted can take a moment to appear under My NFTs.

Reload, and give it a few minutes. The blockchain is the truth — if the block explorer shows your transaction as successful, the item is yours whatever a page currently draws.

If it has not caught up after a while, tell us the transaction hash and what you expected to see. That is all we need to look into it, and no password, seed phrase or private key is ever part of the answer.
