I moved an NFT into a game and it has not shown up

Moving an NFT between your wallet and a game is a blockchain transaction, and it is not instant. After you confirm it, the app waits for the network to confirm it too — and it can take a little longer again for the game to show the item. A minute or two is normal.

While that is happening, do not send it again. A second transfer is a second transaction with a second fee, and it can leave things in a worse state than waiting would have.

If it has not appeared after a while, restart the launcher first — then write to us with the transaction hash, which is on the transaction's detail screen. Please do not send your seed phrase or private key with it; they are never needed to look something up.
