No. One Creta account is your identity across every Creta service — the same nickname, profile picture, friends, points and connected wallet follow you everywhere. Create it once, anywhere, and sign in with it everywhere.
In a browser, the session is shared across Creta sites: sign in on one and you are already signed in when you open another in the same browser. The desktop and mobile apps hold their own sign-in, so each one asks you once on that device.
