How do I delete my account, and what happens to my data?

Deletion is available from your account settings. Because one Creta account is your identity across every Creta service, deleting it is never limited to the app you asked from.

It happens in two stages:

1. Immediately — your account is deactivated. Your profile, posts and presence disappear from every Creta app at once, and push notifications stop.
2. After 30 days — the account is permanently anonymised. At that point it cannot be recovered.

During those 30 days, signing in again restores the account exactly as it was. Deleting an account does not by itself move or refund anything held outside it, such as assets in a wallet you control — move those out before you start.
