I lost my seed phrase, or forgot my password — can you recover my wallet?

No. Nobody can, including us. This is not a policy we could make an exception to — we do not hold your keys or your password, so there is nothing on our side to recover from.

What each case means:

• You forgot the password but still have the seed phrase. You are fine. Use Forgot password? to reset the wallet, then import it again from the seed phrase and set a new password.
• You lost the seed phrase but the wallet is still unlocked, or you know the password. Go and write the phrase down right now, before anything else: Settings, your account, Seed phrase. This is the last moment at which it can be saved.
• You lost both. The wallet and everything in it are gone permanently. There is no reset, no support override and no appeal.

Note what Forgot password? actually does: it wipes the wallet from this browser so a new one can be set up. Without the seed phrase it destroys rather than recovers, which is why it asks you to confirm you have saved the phrase first.
