Work down this list:

  • Check the category is switched on in Account → Notifications.
  • For push on a phone, check your device's own settings allow notifications for the app — a device-level block overrides everything here.
  • Open the app once after signing in on a new device; push is registered per device.
  • Check the bell in the app. If alerts are there but not reaching your phone, it is the push channel rather than the notification itself.
