I sent to the wrong address — can it be reversed?

No. A confirmed blockchain transaction cannot be reversed, recalled or cancelled, by Creta or by anyone. The funds are at the address you sent them to. Only whoever controls that address can move them.

Anyone who offers to reverse a transaction for a fee is running a second scam.

Before every send, check the whole address, including the last few characters. Check the network too: tokens sent to the right address on the wrong network can be lost just the same.
